Stretching with a helper or caregiver
About the resource
Everyone with MS, regardless of your degree of ability, needs regular physical activity. This booklet focuses on showing your helper how to move and gently stretch muscles and other soft tissues, such as tendons. Exercise can be broken down into five categories. All of these categories, including relaxation, are important to people with MS.
This booklet is best to be read together with your support partner or the person who helps you with physical activity.
