Navigating relationships with pharmaceutical companies workshop
Language
Description
This workshop is designed to help MS organisations navigate relationships with pharmaceutical companies, and consider how best to provide information in an independent and transparent manner, whilst acknowledging financial support.
In the session, we discuss the ‘Traffic light guidelines for acknowledging contributions from pharmaceutical companies’. The guidelines apply to a wide range of contexts, including information resources, website content, videos or events.
The guidance is structured around a traffic light system, made up of the ideal situation to aim for (green), the acceptable situation (amber), and the situation to avoid (red). This format aims to take account of the flexibility that MS organisations sometimes need when negotiating with pharmaceutical funders.
This recording is an excerpt from a live training session.
