Complementary and alternative medicine: A starting point
About the resource
This booklet provides information about possible approaches to using complementary or alternative medicines (CAMs) as a person with MS. It looks at some of the CAMs commonly used by people with MS and also explains the key things to consider before choosing any therapy. This is a good place to start when considering the types of CAMs available and the potential risks and benefits of them.
