Research at the Grabski Rehabilitation Centre in Israel looks at how musical training can improve brain function. A specially adapted music room at the centre allows people with severe disabilities (including progressive MS) to make music, and researchers at the centre are studying the physical benefits of music.
The film called ‘Potential Frequency’ was made by journalist Louise Bihl Frandsen who spent six months working as an intern at the society.
