Physical activity has lots of benefits, for people with and without MS. This booklet explains the benefits of exercise for people with MS and the ways that physical activity can help relieve symptoms of MS. The second half of the booklet provides practical explanations. It has diagrams of exercises and demonstrations of how to safely exercise as a person with MS.
