About the resource

This visual booklet from the Japan MS Society, introduces 8 different types of yoga stretches for people with MS to practice whilst seated. The booklet includes images and descriptions of each stretch and how to achieve it. You can see further demonstrations in the accompanying video.

This booklet focuses on self-awareness and self-care, which are important elements of daily exercise and help individuals to focus on wellness through movement.
