Ginkgo biloba does not improve cognitive function in MS

The authors have evaluated the effects of ginkgo biloba on cognitive function in people with MS with impaired cognition. A treatment regimen of ginkgo 120 mg twice a day did not improve cognitive performance in people with MS.
